Ducen’s parent company Sryas offers support for mental health at Bal des Lumières 2019

Sryas is proud to have taken part in Bal des Lumières, the largest mental health fundraising event in Québec. This year, a total of $1.8 million was raised—a new record!

An initiative introduced by Bell Canada, this prestigious event took place last September 18 at the Bell Centre in Montréal, Canada. It gathered more than 700 guests, some Sryas representatives included, to raise funds for the Douglas Foundation and its partners, Fondation Jeunes en Tête and Fondation de l’Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal.

Bal des Lumières

The funds raised will be used to advance the three organizations’ cause on mental health: raising awareness, promoting quality care, improving public access to treatment, funding research, and combating the stigma that often comes with mental illness.

Through continuous philanthropic support, the Douglas Foundation has grown to play a significant role Montréal’s brain science research field, offering the community the best care possible and making breakthroughs in depression, Alzheimer’s diseases, and schizophrenia, among others.

Sryas is an end-to-end IT solutions provider offering data analytics solutions and services. Both Ducen and Sryas operate under the same management.
