Summary
The Business Development Manager position is a key sales role within the Ducen sales team, responsible for executing sales and business development strategies for the target markets. The candidate will target sales of Ducen’s product portfolio of Business Intelligence, Advance Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and IoT, including professional services for the target organization/market. The position’s primary responsibility is to achieve new sales results for Ducen’s products and services. The candidate will develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making CxO level executives at targeted organizations, as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution. The role is supported by on-site and offshore Pre-Sales & Solution teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and lead the sales efforts in with leading Telecom, Healthcare, Pharma and technology corporations
  • Define and execute sales plans for assigned accounts, meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
  • Position our services in a manner that Ducen gains mind-share with the client and improve our ability to attract quality business with a view to accelerate revenue generation
  • Provide product demonstrations and support to prospective customers

Required Skills

Summary
The Security Architect will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing Information Systems Application Security, Data Security, Network / Infrastructure Security, Identity & Access Management, Security Governance, and Security as Service. A Security Architect is expected to have a thorough understanding of complex IT systems and stay up to date with the latest security standards, systems, and authentication protocols, as well as industry best practice and security products.

In addition to anticipating possible security threats and identifying areas of weakness in Application, Network / Infrastructure system, and Identity & Access Management, a Security Architect must visualize and arrest promptly and effectively to possible breaches of security across systems.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing current Application, Network & Infrastructure, Identity, and Access Management system security measures and recommending and implementing enhancements.
  • Architecting & Designing Application, Network & Infrastructure, Identity & access Management system, considering all aspects of Information Security practices.
  • Review of security adherence followed by the team for the developed Application.

  • The ideal candidate has experience writing and testing web applications, web services, and restful services in one of the following programming languages: C/C++/C#, Java, and JavaScript. The candidate should have familiarity with a variety of development and testing tools, including Eclipse, GIT, GCC, JIRA, Subversion, Maven, ClearQuest/Case, Silk, FindBugs, HP/Fortify SCA, IBM AppScan, and HP WebInspect.

Summary
The Information Security Practice Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and putting the process into practice of Information Systems Application Security, Network / Infrastructure Security, Identity & Access Management, Security Governance, and Security as Service. The role is also responsible for defining & practicing Secure SDLC Process & periodically perform Security Compliance Audit including cyber security, disaster recovery, database protection, and software development.

Responsibilities

  • Integrating security tools, standards, and processes into the Product / Application lifecycle (ALC), Data Protection, Secure Network & Infrastructure Operations, and Access Management.
  • Ensuring that developers and QA personnel are trained with appropriate level of security knowledge to perform their daily activities.
  • Improving and supporting usage of application security tools, custom scripts, deployments for static analysis (SAST), and runtime testing tools (DAST).
  • Improving and maintaining secure development standards, aligned with industry defined security standards.
  • Initiating and supporting incident response and architecture review processes whenever application security expertise is needed.

Summary
The Penetration Tester should perform security tests on web-based applications, networks, and computer systems. He /she designs these tests and tools to try to break into security-protected applications and networks to probe for vulnerabilities. Should simulate cyber-attacks in order to Identity and report security flaws on application, computer systems, networks, and infrastructure, including internet sites.

Responsibilities

  • Understand complex application security process, computer systems, and technical cyber security terms.
  • Carry out Application Penetration testing and remote testing of a client’s network or onsite testing of their infrastructure to expose weaknesses in security.
  • Work with clients to determine their requirements from the test, for example the number and type of applications / systems they would like testing.
  • Plan and create penetration methods, scripts, and tests.
  • Advise on methods to fix or lower security risks to systems.
  • Consider the impact Test ‘attack’ will have on the business and its users and take appropriate precautionary / alternate steps.
  • Create periodical reports and recommendations from findings along with remedial recommendations.
  • Present findings, risks, and conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understand & present how the flaws that are identified could affect the business, or business function, if they’re not fixed.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication to explain your methods to a technical and non-technical audience.

Summary
The MDM Business Analyst and IT coordinator or Project Lead reports to the MDM Manager and MDM Architects and is responsible for the end-to-end master data customer and product solutions delivery projects. The person is responsible for coordinating between onsite and offshore to gather requirements from Business analysts. The person would be responsible for working in tandem with development team to deliver the projects on time.
The person shall represent the programme to track the delivery of all projects, attend business, requirements, project management meeting to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years if relevant experience required
  • Experience with Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Experience in Customer Data management in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with data transport methods (ETL, ESB, API).
  • Experience working with Telecom, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Sales functions.
  • Passionate about data architecture and data usage.
  • Good problem solving approach skills and conflict resolution skills.

  • Provide architectural direction to Product Owners for core tools (Oracle, Salesforce.com, internal custom-built) regarding changes that affect the Customer data domain.
  • Serve as SME regarding Customer and general party data integration for corporate projects regarding data model, integration, and process relationships to data entry or management
  • Support IT Architectural Review Board for any project or tool requests that relate to, utilize, or affect Customer data
  • Source of knowledge and education for Business Analysts, Reporting Analysts, and Data Quality Analysts across Red Hat
  • Ensure Customer data-oriented Enterprise Glossary and domain-specific Data Dictionaries are created, maintained, reviewed, and published
  • Provide technical and operational support of the roadmap and strategic direction provided by Customer Data Domain Owner
  • Act as primary point of contact for any and all Customer-oriented 3rd party integration tools and services including D&B, Discover.org, Data.com, and others.
